200 g all-purpose flour
15 g baking powder
30 g sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 large eggs
250 ml milk
40 g melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
“Mix Dry Ingredients”: In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir until evenly blended.
“Combine Wet Ingredients” : In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
“Make the Batter” : Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined. Do not overmix; a few small lumps are fine.
“Heat the Pan” : Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
